  • 3.5 oz of unsalted French butter
  • 2 tsp. of chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Butter with Lemon and Dill

This butter is great served over seafood, meats, vegetables and even tossed with pasta!

STEPS

Leave butter on a countertop at room temperature for an hour to soften.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Place the butter in the refrigerator until firm and ready to use.
