INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups low carb gluten free pancake mix 
  • ⅓ cup granulated monk fruit or alullose 
  • ½ cup French unsalted butter room temperature 
  • ⅓ cup warm unsweetened almond milk 
  • ½ cup egg whites 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • ½ cup blackberries 
  • ½ cup low carb chopped white chocolate

French Butter Blondies

These European delights are buttery rich, the perfect partner for milk! 

STEP 1: MIX INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix the dry ingredients for the mix, except for white chocolate and blackberries. Mix in the butter, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Add the white chocolate chips and blackberries, stir carefully. 

STEP 2: TRANSFER

Transfer the batter to 12 silicone muffin cups.

STEP 3: BAKE

Bake for 15 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
