Mix the flour, yeast, warm milk, sugar, melted butter and beaten eggs in a bread maker. If you don’t have one, no worries! Without a bread maker, mix the flour and sugar on a worktop. Make a well and pour the yeast, beaten eggs, warm milk and melted butter. Gradually incorporate the ingredients from the center. When the dough is homogeneous and peels off the fingers, knead it for at least 10 minutes. Then let rise 45 min in a warm place.
Take the dough back, chase the air by crushing it with your fist. Divide it into two equal parts.
Ball each piece and spread it into a large disc about 1 cm high on a sheet covered with parchment paper. Try to flatten the center further to leave a small, raised edge (to hold the filling).
For the filling, mix the brown sugar, cream, and butter together. Divide the preparation into small dice and spread it evenly on both pies.
Bake the sugar pies 15 to 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 350°F.
