STEP 1: mix THE INGREDIENTS

Cream the butter together with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add in an egg and vanilla extract to create the perfect base for your cookies.

In a separate bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt before gradually adding it to the wet ingredients. This will create a thick and delicious cookie dough that’s just waiting to be filled with sweet surprises.

STEP 2: roll AND freeze

Fold in some semi-sweet chocolate chips and M&Ms for that perfect burst of chocolatey goodness in every bite. Using a cookie scoop, roll the dough into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. For an extra special touch, top the cookies with additional candies and chocolate chips before baking.

But here’s the secret to making these cookies extra chewy and delicious: freeze the dough balls for at least an hour (or up to overnight) before baking. This will give them that perfect texture and flavor that you won’t be able to resist.

STEP 3: CHURN AND FREEZE

Preheat your oven to 350F and bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
