Cornbread stuffing recipe made with butter from France

Dial up your Thanksgiving with this French spin on a classic holiday dish.

STEP 1: BAKE THE CORNBREAD

Using your favorite cornbread mix or recipe, prepare and bake the cornbread. Then let cool.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE STUFFING

Preheat the oven to 375F, then melt the French butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, garlic, carrots and mix with a wooden spoon. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Place the cornbread into a glass 9×13 baking dish, cover with butter mixture and stir. Add herbs, salt and pepper and chicken broth and mix again.

STEP 3: BAKE TO PERFECTION

Smooth the top of the cornbread mixture with the back of your wooden spoon and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the tips are golden brown.
