  • Your very own French herb butter, room temperature
  • 2 tsp. flaky sea salt
  • 2 bunches radishes from Farmer Jones Farm: washed, trimmed and thinly sliced

Tartine with French Herb Butter & Fresh Radishes

In partnership with Farmer Jones Farm. Fresh from the farmers’ table, this classic French dish is a favorite for picnics and a natural for breakfast and lunch. Quick and easy, it’s the perfect compliment for baguettes and bagels.

STEP 1: prep the baguettes

Slice the baguette lengthwise and then crosswise, creating four quarters. Spread butter on the tops and bottoms of each quarter and sprinkle with salt.

STEP 2: prep the baguettes

Pile sliced radishes onto the bottoms, then lay the arugula on top of them and sprinkle with the herbs. Top the sandwiches and press them down firmly.

STEP 3: serve

Serve as is, cut into small sandwiches for hors d’oeuvres, snacks or wrap for lunch. Et Voilà!
